Location : Gotham City

No Prep

Combatants start off within 2 Blocks of each other, Laura is on an opposing Rooftop, Norman has all equipment as well as starting off in the air.

Who Wins ???

GG has full equipment? Starting distance? Both are ground level?

I'm actually going to go with X-23 based on the set up. In a direct fight, I think he has the tools to take her down...However, her enhanced senses, stealth and agility should play a major role since they begin so far apart, not visible, and she's on a high ground.

I say Green Goblin got this. He is REALLY Dangerous with full equipment and could fire missiles, electrocute (remember she has metal in her so that might really hurt), throw bombs at, throw razor bats, ram her with the glider and many other things. I'm not saying that this is a stomp, but I say GG could take this X-23 would put up a fight, but I don't see her winning at all.

That's exactly why I felt the factors I asked about were critical. There's a massive starting distance and Laura begins on the rooftops. I feel that gives her the advantage she would require.

It's a big variable, since rooftops are so varied. However, based on her enhanced senses and extensive training, I believe she'd take the appropriate stealth route to approach Norman. I don't think it would be easy, but I think she can do it.

Honestly it could go either way. If Goblin doesn't get too cocky and keeps his distance he could just hit her with a barrage of pumpkin bombs and other projectiles. Taking down the buildings and such would be an option.

But if he does decide to get too close I think he'll be surprised by X-23's speed and ferocity. (I say that based on the OP stating he has no prior knowledge of her) I could just see him getting overconfident and X-23 taking advantage.
