Well since you know that he has so much more battle XP and hes  industrucable how is she suppose to win?

What makes you think that Gilad is indestructible ?
Indestructible means that he is incapable of being destroyed or more simply cannot be hurt.
Although Gilad possesses enhanced human durability, he can but cut, shot, hurt, burnt etc. He does regenerate damage (slowly compared to wolverine) but he won't regen a missing head.
He is far tougher than anormal human, has enhanced human strength (maybe around the 2 tonne level) and seems to have faster than normal reflexes but he sure aint indestructible.
He is one of the world's best warriors as well.
However, X-23's also has enhanced reaction speed and her claws backed by her above normal human strength will easily cut in to him.
