Asajj slams X-23 around with objects. OP said directly on X-23, nothing about the environment.

Stats wise she matches, and is more skilled IMO. She wins.

Asajj wins. Even without using the Force as an offensive weapon, it still gives her precog abilities and boosts her stats. And her light sabers give her a much greater reach than X-23's claws.

Asajj. Better in practically every important way aside from healing.
