Obsidian can take over WWH's shadow and have it fight him with his own power/ strength level. He can possess his very soul and have him kill himself ( a control that Hulks TP resistance is useless against). He can make him see the darkness within him and have him driven mad by the torment. Add to this the fact that he is completely indestructible, can reform out of any darkness, can literally be in hundreds of places at once (anywhere there is darkness, he has fought in several cities at once and several places within a city), can transport hulk anywhere in the universe through the darkness, and can not be touched by hulk while he himself is crushing the very life out of Hulk (his shadow form can be both intangible to others while he can attack physically). Hell when an alien armada attacked the JLA Obsidian just folded space around them and made them cease to exist, WTF answer does WWH have to that???

I am a man so try again. You need to grow up and stop being in denial about the JSA losing this battle.
@moonman78: Grundy is very resistant to Alan Scott's power because he's partially composed of plant matter, and Alan Scott's light can't affect wood. Sue me if you can proof that Hulk is made out of plant matter.
Kingdom Come is not canon, and was just a possible future in DC, people really need to stop using that in Citizen Steel fights unless he's specifically selected for the fight... Unless Citizen Steel is shown to have strength above a skyfather in canon, your point is moot. And this version of Hulk would outmaneuver him.
Obsidian doesn't solo the Hulk, because the Hulk can emit gamma energy, you know that green stuff that can pours or explodes out of him. As it's been shown the Madder he gets the more he outputs. Enough to move an entire eastern seaboard, that alone is greater than what's been shown of Kyle and Alan Scott when they faced off with Obsidian.. so no Obsidian doesn't solo.
Jesse Quick and Stargirl have nothing that would really affect Hulk, Jesse would most likely be oneshotted.
Atom Smasher would be a good fight but Hulk outclasses him. Him super punching Black Adam, and Adam laughing it off, isn't a good indicator that he can really hang with Hulk.
Cyclone, Hawkman, and Hourman is also a non-factors

That being said, he actually didn't want to do it since he would have lost his life along with Hulk's...
So then he recurs to enter his mind and calm him down, he tries to find Bruce Banner to calm the Hulk down. Which then ends in him with his hands broken.
Zomstrange isn't remotely close to Zom's power. Not to mention, he couldn't control Zom's power for too long. He himself said so before Hulk started punching him..
