Team 2 gets stomped, in my opinion. 
 
Most of the characters on the second team would get themselves blitzed by Thor and Superman in a matter of seconds. WWH runs interference on the rest until Superman and Thor come along and wipe them out too.

I didn't forget her, but it still doesn't change the fact that she would get stomped along with the rest of her teammates.

I think team two could actually win...

Thor, Superman and Hulk vs Captain Marvel, Wonderwoman, and the Wonder girls is actually already pretty close. Thor and Superman are more versatile than Captain Marvel and Wonderwoman, but the gfights are even enough that everyone should be able to hold their own and the weaker memebers of team two get to become factors.

Raven, Red Tornado, Cyborg, Hawkman, Dr. Light, and Black Lighting all have substantial power output with low durability. This durability isn't so much of a liability when they have those four other powerhouses keeping team 1 busy. I think this could give team 2 a victory

Team 1 ftw. The Thor/Supes combo would be too much for them.

@venomoushatred1001: Wonder Woman has defeated, stalemated, or held her own against superman on a number of occasions, I believe she would be able to do so now. Captain Marvel could likely hold his own against Thor. He may lack Thor's versatility, but I also believe Thor to be slower. (Notice I didn't say that these two beat Superman and Thor, but they can hold their own allowing their back up to do their work against these two)

It's not billy batson though. It's a rookie captain marvel.

Team 2 has a chance guys, look at all that smart people on their team, the heavy hitters from Team2 just have to give the smart dudes to do their stuff and come up with some cool machine to stop them on their tracks (anyone read Blackest Night? where that 1 dead superman was wrecking heroes left and right, but they stopped him using with some cool machine, everyone ought to read that part), and team 1 will eventually lose. But if it drags on, Team2 will get slaughtered in the long run.
