WW Hulk vs The Enterprise

Hulk has an indestructable jetpack that can match the speed of the Enterprise. He wants to kill them. Who wins? Hulk is close to Earth and the Enterprise is close to Mercury and they see him flying at them. Data tells Picard they have 5 minutes before the Unstopable one reaches them. What happens next?

This is funny - jet pack withenough power to allow you to travel with speed of 9.6 warp... But OK, this is interesting topic: is crew of Enterprise can deal with this kind of threat? Yes, I say they can: "Star Trek" wins, by using technobabble. ;) Most likely crew of the Eneterprise will require all data about Halk, and use it to to find some, quasi scientific way to reverse Hulk into Bruce Banner, then they beam him up into the brig. ;)   "
