Eh, it feels like a really good fight on paper given their attributes, but Slade's defeated and put licks on really high level DC heroes before that way outclass anything Wrath has pulled off -- which amounts to getting beat by an old man and a big guy with a mohawk and a chainsaw arm. It'd be a cool fight but I don't think Wrath is particularly superhuman in anything but his ability to predict the immediate future (he even says his aging body slows him down and it costs him in his major fights), which Slade can do with sheer intuition and intelligence.
Maybe give it to Wrath if it's a pure sword fight, but when you involve all the gear Deathstroke and toss around, I can't see Bradley taking it.
Scar kinda laid the finishing blow after Fu and Mohawk fatally injured him and sent him flying off a bridge. His Ultimate Eye does not work when there are physical objects obstructing his view of the situation (one of its stated weaknesses and why Scar was a good fight for him). My main point is that Mohawk and Fu very badly injured him despite his incredible skill, and if that's around where his abilities lie then Slade is gonna dump on him. It's not really an indictment of Wrath so much so that Slade has some pretty sick feats.
I'd put Wrath's abilities and skills at very high street leveler(Near superhuman agility, good strength, a really good power for dueling), which Slade more or less toys with even in random encounters.

Wrath is definitely superhuman in speed. Also, I do believe he lost to Scar--after Scar had embraced alchemy--and I don't believe his "ultimate eye" was functioning correctly in that battle.
No the slash from greed took it out plus all the damage he previously took & was still fighting.
As for the fight I would like too see other opinions, trying not to be biased.
Yeah I'm not saying Wrath didn't outclass practically everyone in FMA, but you can kind of tell by his feats (or lack thereof) in his fight against an old ninja, a dude with a Mohawk, and Greed (who was on and off fighting him) that he's somewhere in the street leveller range when it comes to comparing him to a comic villain, and Slade's got that trumped hard.
Blitz 1st Greed (who a healing factor) & knocks him meters away into a wall. States his Ultimate Eye can see weaknesses. Wins with via Incapacitation.

I won't spoil the last fight
All street leveller feats, and well, you see how he gets injured. I wouldn't count the last fight, anyhow, since he does it very injured, so your list is good, it just lacks anything that really threatens Slade. Also his weakness is literally his opponent being behind a wall. Deathstroke's got too many feats to list but most of them include completely schooling Speedsters or Lanterns or Kryptonians.
You maaaaaaybe could make a case that his eye's ability to see any weakness or opening his opponent gives him would give him the chance to cut up Slade, but I think the problem with that is Slade is beyond super soldier level and doesn't have many traditional weaknesses someone with Wrath's skillset could exploit.
@Dredeuced: Holy Dented Chest Plate Batman you over estimate and fan wank Deathstroke here.
Deathstroke use to be out done by NIGHTWING!!!
Seriously he is not out of Wrath's League at all.
