Can I get some Black Reaper feats?

For now, however, I'm going with Team 1 in a extremely entertaining battle.

This is definitely one of the more creative battles I've seen on Comic Vine in a while... think I'll go with Team 1 on this one.

Not sure who Black Reaper is but I'm pretty confident Team 1 can win.

Black Reaper aka BK201 is from Darker Than Black anime/manga he has the ability to manipulate electrons granting him electrokinesis, enhancing his stats(reflexes & speed) & small scale matter manipulation(transmuted gunpowder of a fired bullet).

For equipment he carries a bullet proof coat, 4 knives two of which is connected to wire cable ensnaring & transport.

Anime Feats

In the Manga, Hei's power was changed to "Electron Manipulation", which he could use to manipulate matter to a degree.

I would side with Wrath and Hei tbh. Wrath would make mince meat out of Bucky, and Hei would be able to take him as well, as Bucky can't really touch him without fear of death, and Hei just has to get that wire on him to kill him.

Wrath can at least match Deathstroke, and Hei can out maneuver him.

Deathstroke is the physical superior here, with matching cutting power to Wrath. Though with vibranium sabres, I would side with Wrath.

@walzo: Black Reaper as far as I can remember from Darker than Black can't use his electrical powers without a conductive conduit. He can't use it through concrete or the air. Given that the battle is a construction site it would greatly hinder him. Also I don't think it would that effective versus Deathstroke in my opinion. Also I don't agree with people saying that Wrath curbstomps Bucky. Wrath is good, but I think people overrate him just a tad bit. He would beat Bucky, but not as quick as people may imagine. Bucky's cybernetic arm packs a decent punch and can shoot out electrical shocks. Also I believe Bucky can still control his arm even when it's detached (not really sure about this).

An argument can be made for both sides, but I think Team 2 has what it takes to win. The 20 min prep time gives Deathstroke and Winder Soldier ample amount of time to coordinate and set up traps, given that they are both strategic experts. Though team 1 may win given that Black Reaper power's allow for molecular manipulation. But he doesn't use it enough to warrant it being used in this fight.

@mr_ingenuity:How do you think Black Reaper would fare against Captain America?

@shiryu: If his electricity (touch, wire, knife etc.) can't get pass the shield, I don't see him winning. Cap can outlast him & has the better physical stats / h2h feats. Although Black Reaper can project electricity outward.

I think Bradly beats DS.

Winter Soilder does not stand a chance in a 2 on 1 in that scenario as Hei should last fine against WS.

If WS vs Bradly, Bradly wins again and still would be too much for DS.

Team 1 wins due to Hei being the distraction for WS or DS and Bradly winning the fight in either 1 on 1.

Wrath and Black Reaper, because of Hei's/BK 201/Black Reaper's Molecular/Electricity Manipulation skills. He had always used them effectively in a small degree enough to turn the tides of gang up situation. If push comes to shove. He can always go all out like in the last episode with special particle luminance in a lesser degree, but the radius should be cover this battle.
