Put simply,they are not in the same league. An EMP is barely even an option anymore, and that was Batman's best hope. Unless winner is by "last 2 seconds- Batman is halfway around the world",then yeah,I guess you can say that those are conditions that Batman can win.

So I can honestly say that bats wouldn't really stand a chance against ironman... Ironmans weapons seem more advanced then bats standard weapons... I don't see batman stealh having and advantage ,nor will his cqc. Emp won't work due to ironman suite being impervious to them, Batarangs useless, grappling hook useless... I like batman over a lot of characters in both dc and marvel but he pales in comparison to the man who has a suit for any occasion , shit even iron spidey would shit on bats.
