It's laughable at how one-sided this matchup is. What's even funnier is the fact that many Hulk fanboys still think that Silver Surfer is inferior in terms of durability. Norrin could end this in a matter of seconds with his transmutation abilities alone, and Hulk wouldn't be able to go on the offensive at all (as Morph already pointed out).

Planet Hulk only fought a weakened Surfer who could not access his powers, if Surfer has all his powers the Hulk dies 
even if he is denied super speed, Hulk still dies

Yeah he should take the majority  That's how Surfer lost, with the  obedience  disc Surfer was only able to engage Hulk with hand to hand...no other powers. Surfer lands some good shots on Hulk and the Warbound but Hulk gets angrier and eventually beats the hell out of him"

Surfer is one of those characters who's insanely powerful and has much more potential than hes shown, but his moral standings hold him back(Superman.) You like the character nonetheless,however, and see what he can do at certain times. The characters have their flaws, but you accept said flaws in light of their amazing battles, how they stand by their true nature, and how they personally view things. This is why I like SS(Supes too.)

Surfer wins but hulk is OK in my book. Red hulk on the other hand is 100% pure BS
