World War Hulk vs Loki

Hulk doesn't have prep time, however Loki does. There is no interference, it is just a battle between these two. Allow me to set the scene... Hulk is taking a long walk on the beach after a stressful day at the office, he is completely unaware of the conniving Loki. Loki is planning a trap further along the beach to kill World War Hulk. Who would win and why?

It should be Loki as given a week he would have been able to compose himself enough to rearrange the molecular arrangement of the Hulk's DNA causing him to be rendered powerless. However, that would be a pretty boning conclusion, so let's say that Joss Whedon has written the script, in which case Loki gets smacked around a bit until his brother takes him back to see daddy.

With prep, Loki should win pretty easily.

Loki takes it due to the preparation time.
