War Hulk defeated Juggernaut with mid difficulty. While WWH has just BFR win against Juggs. War Hulk and WBH at the top that is certain. Also WWH defeated Blackbolt and stalemated with full power Sentry which these are really good feats.

Cosmic Hulk,War Hulk and Maestro are definitely the most versatile and unique versions of Hulk..

@raynormn: I guess stopping juggernaut when he is moving forward isn't a great feat no more. Which stopping juggernaut is impossible.

@jashro44: having the best feats sometimes doesn't mean anything, like cyttorak or what ever his name is. Has almost has no showings but some say he is stronger then galactus and stuff.

Between world breaker and war hulk. War has the best striking feat out of all of them but world breaker has the best durability and strength by far.

WBH may not have control of his powers, but we don't really know if he ever would have gained control of them. We had too small of a sample. We also don't know how insane those power levels could have gotten. Stepping is ripping a seaboard apart? That means with a little elbow grease he's emitting gamma waves that knock a full flight Superman off course, let alone punching, jumping, kicking, thunderclapping, etc.

War Hulk was an impressive beast as well, with a bunch of tech enhancements. Sure, he had control of those powers, but that doesn't mean they could reach the raw levels WBH could have.

I contest that, if Marvel had a god complex like DC, and they wrote more about WBH, he could fly through solar systems and challenge Skyfathers.

Based on what we have samples of, however, I'd say it's pretty even.
