Don't know much about Nightbringer, trying to get into 40K currently. Should be an interesting match-up. Keep in mind that Worldbreaker Hulk was able to shatter the dimensional barriers created by Dormammu, a somewhat similar divine/mystical being.

Not a quantifiable feat, and C'Tan are reality warpers, not magic.

how wil hulk beat an abstract entity that instilled the concept of fear in every single sentient being in the galaxy?

The Nightbringer is not a Warp God. His material form can be destroyed.

The Nightbringer is not a warp God, but in the Warhammer 40k universe the C'tan's only biggest weakness is the warp, since all C'tan are not in material form. My friend summed it up for me and said that where an ordinary space marine has a "hitbox", the nightbringer and other C'tan don't have "hitboxes" and can only be harmed by the warp. I think Hulk is screwed unless he quickly learns Immaterium magic.
