I've argued this "control" over Hulk against the Pooty-force before, this is what i showed to him.
You're once again arguing semantics just like that Invisible Woman debate. There's no indication nor explanation of how those rays worked but the result they tried to achieve, which is EXACTLY what Magneto is trying to do. I'm not saying Magneto can't put him asleep, I'm saying Magneto can't affect him that way, plain and simple. Hulk has already resisted attacks that neutralize all motor responses against weapons that were stated to function through magnetism back in Incredible Hulk #190 against the Toad Men.
I don't really care for specifications, the results and the way they try to get those results is incredibly similar to Magneto's and that should suffice. You're presenting resistance towards something clearly doesn't work on Hulk, on top of that with a hypocritical stance considering the instance you used to claim Hulk is susceptible has absolutely no way to associate with Magneto besides "results" while at the same time arguing against my counter because "they used lasers" even though they tried to accomplish the same "results".
I don't see any practicability in unnecessarily repeating yourself, even less so considering what you're stating isn't a viable way for Magneto to win. You claim you haven't seen anything but you just did, the problem is you chose to neglect it by abusing semantics but then again, there's another instance to resemble Magneto's tactic.
Either way, Magneto's only chance is BFR, outside of that, he'll have his shields blown up in his face and his neck broken like a twig if he chooses to fight.

What if the weapons were CONTROLLING Hulk's body, what if those lasers were CONTROLLING the particles in his body? Don't you see how you're neglecting what is shown on panel? Because it doesn't explicitly describes how is trying to affect Hulk, you're ignoring it, that's an argumentative fallacy called ad ignorantiam. The beams put him on his knees, he was also a much weaker Hulk than the one we're using here.
It's funny you accuse me of bias when it is you who can't get around the argument of Hulk resisting the tactic besides recurring to absurd logic, abuse of "specifics", double standards and ABC logic. I mean, you're claiming the weapons don't have any feats but it is not too far fetched to think they are actually quite powerful considering the same Tribbitites managed to move the freaking moon with their magnetic weapons and most of their weapons are based off magnetism, hell, they can even send entire cities flying in the air with their weapons as proven in Incredible Hulk #2.
They were also confirmed in modern times to have weaponry powered by magnetism and it was also confirmed they moved the Moon with their weapons in World War Hulk: Gamma Files.
Anyways, what annoys me the most is the fact Hercules and Thor had NO FEATS to suggest they would resist the tactic in the first place, Hulk on the other hand has feats to debate if the tactic is viable or not, which leaves your approach rather hypocritical to be honest. I'm not going to agree with you because i refuse to agree with nonsense. I think your argument is poorly defended right now and you keep failing to name those "many" ways for Magneto to win.
Right now, you're the only one repeating yourself. As far as i know i've brought new proof to the table to strengthen my argument in each comment.
