How is this fair? Isn't Dr. Manhattan omnipotent or something?
Not even close. Captain Atom or Silver Surfer well surpass him, for example.
WB Hulk clearly wins.
No contest.

He barely has any feats to suggest he is, so no.

Well he did say he had the ability too see all of the past, present, and future like we look at a picture. But he isn't all powerful. And was disassembled by Ozymandias(although he put himself back together). He still wins this fight easily.

Remember the tachyons? Yeah, those prevented him from seeing the future. He's not fully omniscient.
I really don't know anything about Manhattan, i know i saw him losing to Naruto in a different thread now he goes up against WBH... I am guessing the OP isn't one of those unreasonable people that make spite threads so i guess it must a close fight? Or no? What are the feats for Manhattan?
Who has the Hulk fanboys piss off this time? Lol.
Lately we have pissed WW fanboys the most.

Manhattan feats:
That's all I can remember.

Manhattan is has a powerful set of abilities (time manipulation, matter manipulation, energy manipulation, entropy reversion, ect.) but he doesn't have many feats with them, so most people gauge his level of strength off of speculation and character statements. When it comes to feats, he is outclassed. At the same time, Hulk cannot put him down seeing as he can regenerate his atoms indefinitely, so it's more or less a stalemate.

Exactly. That is why I made this battle.

Manhattan is a time traveler along his own "lifeline" since his change. He does not see all of time, but basically exists in all periods of his life since his change all at once. He is not omniscient by any stretch of the imagination.
The tachyon incident quite possibly removed this aspect from him, as he could not experience what was happening in time during that incident (until it happened), nor beyond it.
It should also be noted that he cannot change what he experiences without heavy consequences.

He isnt fully omniscient but that is a feat that shows he is close to it. Contrary to what he said
This isn't fair, seeing as Manhattan can easily win via BFR. If that wasn't an option it'd be more interesting, but also much harder to debate, in my opinion.

Wouldn't Manhattan have trouble tagging this Hulk?
@transcendence: I'm not sure, i don't know how fast Manhattan is capable of moving, but he doesn't have to rely on speed, seeing as he can phase through any punches thrown at him and disintegrate Hulk with a thought.
hulk wins
@mysticmedivh agreed?
Oh boy this won't end well...
To be fair, Worldbreaker Hulk can survive a scream meant to rip his electrons apart. If he can do that, I think he can survive reality warping from Dr. Manhattan. Even in his average form, Hulk has survived being de-evolved, and shown to be totally immune to things on that insane level.
But the question is, can Dr. Manhattan even be physically harmed? Isn't he made of pure energy?
He IS NOT ABLE TO THE SEE THE FUTRE I REPEAT CURRENT VERISON CANNOT SEE THE FUTURE.......which means he doesn't see this asswhoopin coming
@wyldsong: What would happen if he didn't follow the future he saw?
@wyldsong: What would happen if he didn't follow the future he saw?
In a nutshell? The world ends unless he goes back and fixes things to the way they should have a happened. There is a more thorough breakdown about it here: http://www.comicvine.com/profile/wyldsong/blog/dr-manhattan-the-truth-behind-the-feats-aka-why-so/61001/
Reality Warping?
So now destroying a tank and hyperbole is reality warping?
So if Luke cage were to punch a tank and destroy it, it would be considered reality warping?
Stalemate, IIRC Manhattan can just regenerate if he is destroyed physically and Manhattan has nothing that is useful against The Hulk.
A bloodlusted Manhattan would shatter Hulk's molecules making him a pile of ash.
When did he show to have the power to manipulate somebody like The Hulk?
What the heck? This is even a debate?
Osterman would just teleport WBH to Mars, Saturn, or Pluto - if he doesn't decide to disassemble his molecules...or turn him into steam.
Fight is over in 0.1 seconds.

The real question is how would Hulk touch something that can fly and is intangible

I already said it's stalemate, I asked have Manhattan ever shown to manipulate anyone on Hulk's level.

IIRC he reconstructed a planet, I don't have the scan though, ask someone else.
@wyldsong: I mean like, would everything just cease to exist or something?

He has never reconstructed a planet...

Not quite, but it did set off a chain of events that caused the end of the world in every reality that was created by his changing of the time stream.
Let's say Hulk manages to hit him, and he changes things to where he doesn't get hit. Reality now splits into two different realities. One where he gets hit and one where he does not. Each reality is equally real and valid. From there, every possible decision that Manhattan could make, causes more splits, and fractures, all equally real and valid, and he cannot control it, except to change his decisions back to what they were supposed to be, which will then "heal" the fractures as it were, making one single reality.
@wyldsong: you dont know
@elderskaar: Actually, I do know, because that has not happened in the original Watchmen, nor has it happened in the Before Watchmen run.
