FACT,Captain marvel is only relevant because superman has a weakness to magic other than that hes wack and gets stomped by anyone.

Depends on the type of fight. As with Superman, I believe that regular Hulk can beat CM if it's an all out slugfest without using speed. If either of these characters fought smart then they would likely beat Hulk. This Hulk however should be too powerful physically, it would take every power that CM had if he was to win.

Lifting half of infinity is a pretty good feat, no?

The page before that talks about how that book contains literally everything. Everything Morrison wrote for Final Crisis was less about stringent plot and more about emotional tone.

Captain marvel wouldn't last a breath with the WBH, he hasn't beaten superman in arm wrestle and wants to face a planet destroyer it means captain america will never be seen again.

There's a big problem with this match-up and that is the fact that Shazam/CM hasnt had his own standalone comic consistently for years. And he barely appears in the cross over events as well. And the majority of the feats he has are A,B,C sorts of feats.

I dont really see what Hulk could do to a CM who was going all out, and fighting out of character (not stupidly brawling at Hulk speed). But, I also dont see enough evidence to say CM is fast and/or strong enough to just put Hulk down in the same manner Superman would. So, while I personally feel Billy is near Superman's level (as he is portrayed that way), I dont think I could support that with feats (especially in the New 52). So, I can see the argument that Hulk wins this one.

I got Hulk beating Captain Marvel since he's essentially just a magic Superman. Thunderclap works wonders and he's stronger and more durable than the good Captain.

Still Captain Marvel. Whether he moves The Moon with Superman or holds the multiverse, he's always be his equal in strength. Holding the multiverse is about as credible as Hulk resisting the weight of a Star.

I love Captain Marvel (Shazam), always have, am not ashamed to admit I'm a fanboy. I'm picking him over Hulk easily. Unless I got the OP wrong, this is not New 52 Shazam. This is Pre-52 Superman's magic equal. The high-end feats for these characters were sometimes nearly Bugs Bunny level. World Breaker Hulk is an impressive Planet Buster, but he's not perfect. He doesn't have the super-speed or super reflexes to match Captain Marvel's, because he doesn't have to have these things to be impressive and relevant in 616-Marvel Earth. If Captain Marvel (Shazam) didn't have these abilities, he'd be irrelevant in a world inhabited by Superman. Captain Marvel 8/10, greater speed, greater strength feats, greater reflexes, can deliver more damage more quickly to Hulk before he could react.

CM takes this. Smarter, faster, and can FLY. He is as durable and probably just as strong. Though Im not sure of Hulks strength in this form. Still a win for CM.

in his full rage hulk become a 60 feet monster( u read in world war hulk ) and destroy many superheros . he fight with many gods and superheros bt he stand again . his not so fast bt hulk is only strongest there . in hulk vs thor he nearly killed thor.
