Wonder Woman wins. 
She is stronger, and more experienced in combat.  
Then comes her bracers that were forged by Zeus, which have deflected attacks from Darkseid, Nekron, etc.  
Her lasso would subude Trunks, if she could get it around him. (Might be a little hard with the way DBZ characters constantly move, and teleport about.) 

Trunks, faster, stronger, better at energy projection. Done.
