Wow! For the first time, I see Wonder Woman getting no vote and no defender as well.

In terms of looks and power, I believe Sersi comes in close to Wonder Woman but Marvel gave her a bit more, being an Eternal, strong telepath, telekinetic and formidable warrior that is trained throughout centuries to make her standout. But nevertheless, I see this as a good fight between the two women.
