You're coming at this all wrong. 1) Magneto doesn't have to move to use his powers. 2) Wonder Woman is not and has never been light speed fast. Unless and until you correct your misapprehensions, we can't really discuss this any further.
@gaztacular: Despite having the feats, Wonder Woman has never actually been stated to move faster than light... But she has been stated, on more than one occasion, to move faster than thought and while Magneto doesn't need to move to raise his shields he Does need to think.

I don't think she is faster than thought she just reacted before the enemy started his attack. I think it's out of context because she didn't think at all.....she just attacked first.
The OP said she has all her gear and most of all her gear is a type of metal which Magneto will snatch control of. Her tiara, her bracelets, her shield, her sword, her breast plate all metal. Magneto will end up either crushing her with those things or put her into a submission hold by binding her metal bracelets together and throwing her into the ground.
Sigh, i really wish Magneto would be serious. Why isn't he decked out in a high tier metal? Primary adamantium or vibranium or a combination of the two. He can make normal clothing on par with adamantium using his powers somehow so you would think if he did the same with vibranium he would be insanely more durable. Fifty pounds of primary adamantium would make him so much more deadly than him using normal metals, he could kill high tier characters easily or just have a secondary shields of blades flying around him so blitzing him wouldn't work, think of a tornado of primary adamantium around him.
WW takes this until the genius figures out he should use the exotic metals that would allow him to tank and chop WW tier characters. Mags is one of my favorite MC characters it's just annoying a genius ignores something that would easily make him much more powerful.

@allcreation: Magnetos is on panel as thinking faster than a normal human and has feats to back it up. Thought is a relative speed in comics. Magneto thinks fast enough to "see" nightcrawler through em lines of force AFTER he dematerialized, and reacted fast enough with his powers to not only formulate a plan, he set a trap for nightcrawler and had it waiting for hime before he reappeared.
So unless WW is faster then instant movement, she isn't blitzing Magneto's powerset. Oh...and Magneto is physically fast enough to grab lightspeeders, strong enough to match hercules, and processes fast enough to grab individual photons to create holograms.

Magneto in his prime can hold his own with Jean Grey Phoenix, pull city sized metal objects to earth from deep space and manipulate magical metallic objects like Mjolnir. He's also reacted to teleporters. He's put the smackdown on gods before. A demigod isn't out of his weight class.

The burden of proof is on you because you said Magneto can amp his physicals. So where's the running feat? The multiple punches in a second feat? You know, the things that the Flash does? If Batman made a suit of armor that can go Mach speeds, he doesn't have true superspeed. If Angel can fly at mach speeds but can't run nor do anything similar to what the Flash do, then he has no real superspeed.

That shattered god feat is misinterpreted to hell. It was said that trillions of pieces of the god were travelling from every corner of the universe, yes, but that doesn't state how fast they were going. If I say every car on the planet is travelling to Texas, does that mean cars are supersonic? No. It means just that, that all cars are travelling to a certain location. Further proof of this is that Diana was holding Steve Trevor in her arms while flying away from the shards:
If the shards were FTL and she was flying away from them it would mean she was flying FTL...............so when can humans suddenly survive FTL travel? Why didn't she end up trillions of light years away from where she was? Again, this feat is wanked to hell.
These are true superspeed feats. Not reaction feats which Bats and Shang Chi has has plenty in spades.

Here's a kicker: Flashpoint Wonder Woman, arguably the weakest version of WW because as they say she's featless. Well, the fact is, she's WW in an alternate timeline where she's more of a warrior and who doesn't hesitate to kill. She's up against Wally West, the Flash with the best feats ever.
