In this battle, Wonder Woman from the DCAU will take on Iron Man from Avengers EMH, but who will win?

Standard gear for both, but no prep

Fight takes place in Metropolis at noon. Starting distance is 25 feet.

Each thinks the other is a villain. Victory by ko or death

Tricky, Probably WW in a long fight once she closes the distance and starts wailing on him.

Wonder Woman. She wasnt much of a powerhouse, but she did beat Superman into submission in JL.

Diana, takes this fight, stark's armor cannot reeally hold out to her damage output.

Diana(2009 animated movie) stomps though.

S1 JL Superman got put down by an electrified manhole cover, that wasn't exactly his best season. I don't think EMH Iron Man's out of his league here

Iron Man will last longer than what is logically possible---but the end result will be Wonder Woman winning.

LMAO.. But I think Diana takes this. She was having a lot of trouble with Top Tier & Mid Tier frm what I remember but I don't think Iron Man can withstand her damages for too long. Diana wins but not easily.

Wonder Woman. Iron Man in that show did a lot of blasting crap. By the time he realizes that won't work it'll be too late.

It's worth remembering that Iron Man has the advantage of range here, I forget how their speed compared

Iron Man, he's faster, and has way better output, and the durability to realize that he can't hang in for long in h2h. Wonder Woman was not excessively impressive in the show, she wasn't even close to Clarks level, she was Aquaman level.

Iron Man has the range, and he's faster. Wonder Woman wasn't that good of a fighter in the show. Unless Wonder Woman can trap Iron Man into a close fight then she can win. She is not that smart in the show to accomplish that.

How and why? Because EMH Tony out-classes her every-way it counts. And I can back that up with his showings, so I at least expect the same for you folks.

Her feats weren't that much better in that movie either, even if it was used here.

Apparently this is the default argument of this thread. When it comes down to actually giving details as to 'why' people seem to have something caught in their throat. Both series are online - every single feat both have available for reference and everyone simply says 'Wonder Woman.'

Meanwhile, within the first four episodes of EMH Tony is blasting holes in building sized robots, catching their heads to save civilians, casually lifting a cars or dragging over-sized SHIELD aircrafts through the air, no-showing rapid atmospheric re-entry / being blasted off the Earth by Graviton. And did I mention, Uni-Beams - Uni-Beams that are blasting apart roads.

And Wonder Woman's only notable feat mentioned was hitting Superman after he stopped fighting her through a shopping mall wall. A wall.

Tony was a pretty big jobber in the show. But I think he could take this fight

Giganta in the series has dropped Wonder Woman, Hawk Girl and Superman in the same showing. What constitutes as 'giant' robot? And by stop you mean she prevented it from being launched or punching holes in the machinery keeping the rocket in the air?

And Bizzaro is phased by gunfire, not exactly that much of a high-end.

The Superman through a wall thing was hardly the best.

It's the only thing people in this thread have brought up. I feel like I could make a better argument for Wonder Woman winning and I don't think she can. She's reacted to / blocked gunfire and smashed a car (which is still meh - but better than a wall) - but the first thing that people say 'Superman!' despite his laundry list of low-ends.

Certainly beats smashing a car or punching Superman through non-concrete walls. And given what has KOed Wonder Woman in the series (which was a lot things) it's completely within the realm of possibility for her to go down to a uni-beam.

WW she can keep up with supes and can actually hurt him. Supes himself was casually wrecking city blocks IIRC in his fight against marvel.

And we're back to 'she fought Superman'. He stops fighting her and opts to be her punching bag as she slams him through one mall wall. That's not keeping up with anything and it's fair to say that by the time JLU happens, Superman is a LOT more powerful.

Though against Captain Marvel, they did fight in a city that had a bad habit of having random explosions from flying through buildings.

@arcus: because even tho she had low end feats that all these people bring up she had plenty of high end feat like super speed when she saved hawk and dove from the annihilator. Or when superman "died" she destroyed toy mans machine . And the next episode she was throwing around lobo

@arcus: I haven't watched either series in a long time, but IIRC Iron Man was a bit of a jobber in EMH. Wonder Woman appeared to have super speed and flight. That mixed in with her super strength should be enough.
