Hela all 4. she is technically a hell lord. master of her domain.

But does she have feats ? i mean being a Hell lord is one thing but being powerful enough to deal with ww is another .

Hela destroys her in every round.

I wouldn't go so far as to say destroy WW in every round.

Facing the lord of Hell is nothing WW is not used to.

Last time I checked Wonder Woman could take on gods.

She could tank the combined blast of 12 gods.

Plus Hela's black magic and control on death ain't gonna scare Wonder Woman. She goes up against sorcerers, gods, and magic users on a regular basis.

Hell Lords like Hela & Pluto (Hades) are gods. They are death gods. Also Wonder Woman didn't tank the combined blast of the 12 Olympian gods, but rather she deflected it away with her indestructible braclets. Not to mention Marvel Gods are more powerful than DC's, so that doesn't prove much. ( Except DC Ares & and maybe Hercules)

in rounds 2 and 3 , hela is going to be in her own realm... which will put her at her peak. thats like saying mephisto vs etrigan in the formers realm.

rounds 1 and 4 will be more difficult considering she is outside her realm. Hela wont be a slouch since she does have power over life and death. but me not knowing a lot about new 52 WW makes my opinion lacking in some areas.

Not sure, Wonder Woman has faced several incarnations of death itself on many occasions, but this Asgardian one seems different ... In Marvel, cosmic lords are most powerful in their own realm, outside of it, not so much, but someone like her is still powerful all around. She's killed Thor at least twice and killed his brother Balder, although Thor has driven her back a couple times. She can pack enough power with her "Hand of Glory" attack to one shot most things, if she makes contact. Her main thing is her cloak....if Wonder Woman had prior knowledge of Hela's cloak, she could win, without the cloak Hela is drastically weaker, cant even fly or walk or shoot bolts of magical energy....I think Wonder Woman wouldn't be too surprised when fighting her due to the fact that she is a lot like some of Diana's own foes, Circe, Morgaine Le Fe, Genocide, Nekron and Hades for obvious reasons. I haven't seen too many of her feats but I'd imagine Hela's on a higher level than Circe, Genocide and Morgan (probably Nekron too), the fact that she can teleport anywhere is a big advantage much like how Genocide did against Diana. Hela doesn't use time travel in battle so I hope no one brings that up like it's relevant, she's a skilled swordsman and obviously has the natural strength, speed and durability of an average Agardian when not using magic or wearing the cloak. For the most part though, her powers work better on Asgardians since she is their death god.....I probably need to learn more about the character but from what I know so far, Wonder Woman has a huge chance to win in round one, Hela should win round 2, might win round 3, Diana should probably win round 4 .... I also haven't seen many speed feats from Hela, but I'm going to assume her reaction speed doesn't matter for whatever reason, her teleportation is the only thing she has close to real speed from what I've seen so far...but there is nothing to prove she can react to Wonder Woman unless someone wants to educate me.

@ximpossibrux: Yeah.. a hell lord on average is as powerful as skyfather. Hela is a weak one, but she is still pretty damn powerful. Atleast as powerful as Thor.

@hellionvulcan: all i know is she has beaten thor a couple times. In her realm she should def be able to win. Outside it she still is very powrful. She is a 100 tonner easy.The combined one she should have the same amount of power as her own. I dont know if she can death touch wonder woman or not. She can rapidly age people with her magics.

Wonder Woman has been hit with a death touch by Hades himself and survived several of them.....

there is a being called Decay who does to people what her name suggests

Dude? This is one of the most mismatched battles on here today, Hela is at least sky father level, she is possibly more powerful than Odin there is nothing ww can do to hela

@moonman78: But Hela has no speed or reaction time feats. (if she does, I haven't seen them). Hell Lords don't fight like speedsters anyway. It's kinda weird to see them tumbling, evading, throwing a thousand punches or blitzing.

I have been looking at other matches and it seems that any character with super speed almost usually wins. I used to think Hell Lords/Death gods were above herald level people like WW myself. But speed seems to be more important then raw power.

That's why I bumped it i wanted to see if people would use the speed advantage of WW to give her the win.

How is Hela more powerful then Odin? As a hell lord/death god there are a couple more powerful then her. (Dormammu, Mephisto and Magik ) Not to sure about Blackheart and Satanish, none of those demon lords are more powerful then Odin.

hahaha, wonderwoman punches hela in every round, and every round she dies from it, hela has shields that easily hold back and restrain kurse (who was 4 times stronger than thor), so yeah, hela syomps

Hela stomps. If WW tried to grab Hela's cloak, she would kill her using her powers. Or, she simply one-shots WW 4 times using her Hand of Glory.

What kind of BS is that? The only Marvel gods that are concievably more powerful than DC gods are the Skyfathers, and we know this because Marvel likes to bump most of their gods down to a level where they can team up with normal people without completely unbalancing the team, like Ares, Hercules, Thor and so on.

Like this is more or less the embodied differences between being a god in Marvel and being one in DC:
