Wonder Woman vs Black Panther

Wonder Woman is at the same strength and speed level as Black Panther. Battles are won by KO or death.

Round 1- Straight H2H Combat( No suit for Black Panther & No items for WW)

Round 2- Both get a shield and sword. They have no other equipment.

Round 3- Black Panther has his Vibranium Suit. Wonder Woman has her bracelets and her lasso.

Round 4- Black Panther has his Vibranium Suit including his anti-metal claws and vibro-daggers. Wonder Woman has bracelets and her lasso including a shield and sword

Round 1:

Gonna have to give it to T'Challa, hes a monster at H2H as its pretty much all he does, while WW varies a lot. I'm guessing morals are off too.

Round 2:

Isnt this the same as round 1?

Round 3:

WW wins in a close battle, lasso is what tipped the balance.

Round 4:

Still WW, lasso is what wins it here.

I agree, good post.

I believe the user who created this thread wanted round 2 to be a test of their swordsmanship, but I doubt it would matter since T'Challa is still the superior hand to hand combatant.

WW wins all rounds. Her entire life she has had to restrain in Hand to hand. And she can kill effortlessly. She is more agile than BP and the best meme fighter in DCs world.

Panther can H2H WW? Oh. Given the conditions in the OP, I guess he can. Never mind.

Round 1: BP - I think he's the better H2H combatant, on an even playing field (in terms of physicallity)

Round 2: BP - The same reason as above

Round 3: WW - I think she could use her lasso to incapacitate (tie up) BP before he can KO her since she has a weapon, and he is still H2H

Round 4: WW - I feel her braclets and lasso give her a slight edge due to being magical, and I'm assuming BP anit-metal claws and vibro daggers wouldn't be able to really due much to them add in a sword and shield and I think she has a wee bit of an edge in this round.

These are all just my opinions though.

BP for rounds 1 an 2 an WW for rounds 3 an 4

T'challa wins the first 2 rounds since he has abundantly more street level combat feats

Let me start of by explaining what trolling actually is! I change my answer, T'challa only wins round 2 due to feats, the others he gets stomped in.

Only comment I am going to make is black panther is a lot more skilled then wonder woman. She will probably win the rounds with her bracelets I guess since she is suppose to have zeus's power IIRC.

T'challa should win the first two rounds, but I debate his skill with swords and shields compared to Diana's despite his overall skill showings being higher. Diana almost indisputably wins the last two.

Black Panther wins with ease in the first two rounds.

Wonder Woman wins the final two rounds with ease.

If deathstroke can resist the lasso so can BP

Lol what is the point of this thread? Why even use Wonder Woman if you are going to say strength and speed are the same? Might as well do a Hulk vs Golden Age Mister Terrific thread and say strength levels are equal except Hulk has Wonder Woman's bracelets and lasso and Mr. Terrific has Thor's hammer. I'm sorry I just don't get it.

IMO:

1. BP

2. BP

3. WW

4. BP

WW round 1-3, BP has a shot in the 4th.

I'm really not sure about this one. I'd wager they're similarly skilled in unarmed combat, but surely WW is the better sword fighter? I've seen her use a sword a lot more than BP personally.

WW wins all 4 rounds due to her durability. Rounds 3&4, BP dies in the worst ways.

@ganymedeofthemyscira: I just realized the op only took away strength and speed/equalized them, I assume this means she still has her reflexes and durability or was the op trying to equalize them both physically speaking?

With stats equalized B.P should take it, she has more training, but B.P has more and better Hand-to-Hand feats, most of W.W's hand-to-hand feats are hard to be acknowledged as skill-feats, due to her stats.

R1: T'Challa. No contest.

R2: T'Challa again, he disarms her and resumes his hand to hand beatdown.

R3: Diana makes BP look like a fool. The suit has nothing on the Lasso and Bracelets.

R4: T'Challa once more.

Still, the only reason Black Panther is even capable of doing anything is with this stat leveling.

@saint_sophie: OP should have been more specific. I think the point was which were better hand-to-hand combatants but people are underestimating WW's skills. I think she wins but BP could put up a good fight. Let's not forget that WW trained with the God of War himself and is now the current God of War. Even if they are equal physically, she would still have the divine skill of war. Also, before she became the God of War, she was still taking out armies and Gods.

Stats are equalized people.
