This really depends on a few things. If WW blitzes before Aspen can change or act, she can win, but it is going to have to be a pretty hard hit. Aspen can tank a direct missile strike, and has tanked class 100 hits in a prolonged encounter. She can increase her own durability or just change into water, plus can create water shielding that can stand up to missile strikes. It also depends on the location. In or near water, increases Aspen's chances. She has been knocked out before, only to regain consciousness when she was tossed into the water. As well, she can heal herself while in water, and has even fully regenerated her body from being disintegrated.
