I believe Wolverine and Daken would be more adept at battle in a forest area, and their team has a far more consistent heavy hitter than team 2. Factor in team 1's rather massive durability advantage, and I don't believe team 1 can compete.
Is this dock ock before suepioer spider-man? And what sort of arms does he have here (adamantium, titanium, or carboanridium)? Most recent version of Otto had carboanridium.

yea before superior spidey. hmm im thinking maybe titanium arms. i dont want team 2 to have too much of an advantage.
@convenientlie: Gotta go with team 2. Rhino is the only who can damage colossous but he can be taken out by anyone on team one (wolverine and cyber have adamantium, and dakens claws once cut hulk 2099, colossus could be in trouble due to the horn of plot device but skills will make it tough for rhino). Honestly if team one removes rhino (which they likely will) Colossus is just to much to damage.

what about spideys webs and spider sense. they could be a huge factor in this setting. not to mention daredevil. team 2 has the brains to put up a plan in the time it takes the two teams to find eachother

Spider-sense will allow him to prolong the fight but it wont help him put colossus down. Colossus is also strong enough to break his webbing so webbing wont work. As for daredevil he can't knock anyone on team one out. He is the weak link of team 2 IMO.
