I'm going to say Team 1. Namely, due to the fact that Quicksilver, at least in his current incarnation is hitting something like Mach 35.. or Something like that. He is something like twice as fast as Velocity, and has more experience too boot. I reckon Wolverine is probably weaker than Ripclaw one on one, but Quicksilver should provide backup fairly quickly, therefore, changing the tide of the battle in Team 1s favour.
Hm well Velocity can easily pass 10,000 mph but really goes above Mach 3 because she doesn't want to cause that much damage, but she does have a very high healing factor as well.

But by hitting a body rapidly, but she still wont win, cuz the damage that she get is faster than her healing factor, that's a 12 000 m/s hits for you

Mach 3 is about 2100 MPH, and even if she can hit 10,000 mph, which you've already said she doesn't like too, Quicksilver can run at 26,642 MPH, and has done so on panel and without hesitasion. That means he's about 2.5X quicker than Velocity if she goes peak, but other than that, he's 23X quicker. Either way, he'll leave her for dust.
