Its been debated before. Its a close fight. Ultimate Peter has all the same advantages that 616 has but to a lesser degree, Logan has his advantages in addition to greater experience. And I mean greater experience in the sense that he has fought 616 Peter before, where as I don't believe Ultimate Peter has fought ultimate wolverine. so that might tilt things in his favor. All though I think it could go either way.

If I had to pick I would maybe say wolverine 5.5 out of 10.

EDIT: Just noticed its both of them...Honestly Miles goes down easily but I'll say the spiders 6/10...Just because Miles might give Peter a 3 second distraction....

@dondave: I know I just feel when some specifies unarmed with wolverine it means no claws as he normally tends to just use claws pre Cornell ofc

Wolverine 5.5/10 against the team because I do not see what Miles can effectively do; a distraction won't cut it.

Am I the only who thinks either of the Spider guy can solo? they make a career beating bad guys with more experience. I don't get why people think Wolverine's regeneration makes him as tough as Majin Buu or Clayface

Team, once one of them gets webbing on Wolverine, both will unload sticky white stuff all over his face and mouth.

Miles has no avoidance feats to suggest that he can evade Wolverine. There's no starting distance specified, which means everyone here is starting up close, and that means Wolverine is really isn't going to have much problem stabbing Miles from the get go, and Ultimate Peter doesn't have the feats to say that he can web incap Wolverine for a majority.

I didn't see morals off and I thought Wolvie was unarmed but I think he has a very high chance of winning his speed is about equal with Pete but his skill and experience mixed with his blunt force damage soak and. I can't really see team winning and if don't really see either of them going for a web incap while morals off

I kinda think that the real thing Wolverine has to worry about is Miles venom blast. Would that be able to temporarily incapacitate Wolverine? Does anyone know how it works?

Because I believe I remember seeing a scan of Wolverine enduring and withstanding a lightning bolt before....if it works in the same way,then I don't think that it's putting him down (at least,not enough to warrant a victory).

Other than that,I think that Wolverine can win this one.
