Wolverine vs Tombstone (with rules)

Wolverine decides to kill Lincoln to stop his criminal activities. 
 
Location: Lincoln's office. 
 
Rules: 
-Logan does not have his healing factor but has his claws.
-Morals are on. 
-Fight is to death.

He will, really. Tombstone's skin is extremely durable, but it cannot match adamantium. Wolverine will literally cut through it like butter. "

to be honest i've never seen tombstone being stabbed in any marvel comic which is why im finding this hard to believe, however spidey15 brought up a good point about him stabbing the thing that i forgot about, so i guess he can. "

As for physical stats. Logan has low level super human strength and reflexes.
