Wolverine is probably the "least skilled" in comparison to Batmans silly mastery of a kabillion martial arts and Punisher's weapon's specialty. Logan would probably win though.

wolverine would demolish both even without the HF but bats can take him down with gear at least 3-4/10 w/o HF.....
 punisher could probably take them both down at least 6/10 x due to his new gear he carries

logan also has higher MA feats then bats and in a forum battle we use them at their highest feats

wolverine maybe tough coz of his healing factor, which would make him more use to pain tolerance, but when it comes to brains and knowledge, batman would take this fight

he didt get hit relied solely on his skill since he burned out his healing factor.....1st time around.  the claws cant ague but bats uses more then blades to fight his enemies as well..... "

I say Batman or Punisher. Logan gets knocked out easily it seems. Also the battle is not to the death so he can lose by KO.

Well this is a pretty tough battle. In a non-death match; Logan and Batman are the most skilled. But the Punisher was able to hold his own against all Dardavil, Spider-Man & Wolverine all at once by outsmarting them. As for the martial arts, Logan comes on top since he defeated a whole clan of ninjas without getting hurt or using his claws but if he gets into his berserker rage he would be defeated by both opponents. Batman would defeat the Punisher in h2h but he would be distracted by Wolverine who can seriously injure the Caped crusader thus giving Frank the opportonity to take both of 'em out. But Batman though injured can defeat Wolverine since he beat Superman, so he can outsmart the mutant and defeat him. But he's still gonna be injured from the battle which gives the Punisher the chance to finish him off. 
 
So in conclusion, Wolverine beats Punisher -   Batman beats Punisher -   Batman beats Wolverine -   Punisher beats them both.

Maybe Batman, I think Logan will surprise him, he's not just a wild fighter and his healing factor is crazy. If he tags Batman its over
 
However Batman should be able to temporaily beat him with an exploding batarang  or a gas bomb

IIRC Punisher already beaten wolverine....adding Batman who is an expert Martial Artist with his cool gadgets then the team takes this...=]

Not a death match and the punisher shows up.???! He looks at the 2 expert martial artist go at it looks down at the m60 he's not allowed to use and says screw this and walks out.

@wolverine08: Who's you favorite Wolverine artist? Personally, same as Hulk, for some odd reason since it's not so great and detailed... i think Romita Jr. portraits the best fights of both IMO, take for example, Enemy of State and those scans up there...

Batman does not start off fights using magnets, and has only immediately used them in a fight when he's known beforehand that his opponents have metal. He's not going to find out before Wolverine kills him.

Is that right? The guy who kept up and even defeated Deathstoke?

That's like saying since Wolverine has beaten Grey Hulk, he should be able to beat Batman. Using ABC logic that since someone beat a particular person, they should be able to defeat another person won't cut it here. Even then, the only time Batman beat Deathstroke was in Detective Comics 710, where Deathstroke didn't want to fight him, and was distracted trying to kill someone else. Even then, Slade ended up casually laying Batman out on his back twice.
