Possibly I guess. I think it could also bleed wolverine out eventually. My issue is that I don't see how wolverine can put the T-1000 down.

Wolverine is adamantium, t1000 experts please enlighten me lol i just can't see t1000 winning.

The only real chance would be to drag the fight out somewhere else like in Judgement day otherwise he cant possibly create enough damage with his claws alone.

The T-1000 is liquid metal. Cutting him is like cutting hydroman or sand man or clayface. It wont really be effective.

Once it figures out it can't actually beat Wolverine from the outside, it would just go in through his ears and mince his brain into ground soylent green...

Wolverine on the otherhand, CAN'T beat the T-1000. He can cut it, slice it, smash it, punch it, whatever, it won't be killed by him. He has no possible means of winning, not through KO, not through BFR, not through death. While it can win via KO, or actually killing him.

IIRC it is mentioned in his hand book. I also recall X-23 nearly bleeding him out by cutting him and then tossing dirt on his wounds (Wolverine was holding back).

Put the fight in the steel plant. That way Wolverine has a shot at an enviro-kill. Otherwise the T-1000 wins after a fairly lengthy battle.
