I think wolverine could do it if he did it tactfully, if it were the hugh jackman wolverine, or even the one from wolverine and the x men, he would get flattened.  The hugh jackman wolverine got thrown around by the juggernaught, and rhino is weaker, but I think it would have the same effect.
