Wolverine will beat Quicksilver the same way he beat Speed Demon.
Wolverine faces off with him.It looks like Quicksilver is all over him,but he hits like a b#tch so he's not knocking Wolverine out.Wolverine has taken massive damage even back in the day when his healing factor wasn't god like without even falling.So Quicksilver is hitting him and hitting him and hitting him and the whole time Wolverine is planning to attack and they he catches on where he's going to be at a certain point and then he clocks him.Quicksilver is moving foward so fast that when he's hit he has to go down.Wolverine gets over him and pops his claws.

Nevermind that he could just hit him in the throat constantly until he passed out from oxygen deprivation. He could also hit him with anything he wanted at fantastic speed. Or just grab Wolverine and run him into a wall. Wolverine would never get a hand on Pietro.

I doubt that.You are forgetting the fact Quicksilver isn't a competent fighter.All those tactics are all well and good but Quicksilver doesn't do things like that.He's an idiot in combat.Like Spider-Man.He will make the mistake of trying to bare fist Wolverine and then he's going to get embarrassed.Also Running Wolverine into a wall isn't going to do anything.I saw Wolverine get all the skin and musle tissue blown off his torso and legs and he didn't even fall.I saw Iron Man's Hulkbuster slam an armored car on him until a crater was made with Wolverine's body and he was still conscious.I say Wolverine wins because he's a master in combat and Quicksilver is nowhere near it.Mistakes will leave him open for attack.

I have not yet decided who wins but I have to say, the scenarios you presented for Quicksilver seem a little out of character for him Korg. It has also been said many times that hitting Wolverine is like hitting a brick wall. Quicksilver would have trouble with that I believe.
Actually Wolverine has beaten Quicksilver before. Quicksilver's lack of combat expertise is wolverine's advantage, certainly when you consider that wolverine already knows QS' moves and how to anticipate his movements.

That's what I said...but people act as if Quicksilver is a smart fighter and just that good with that use of his power.
