Wolverine.

Animated Wolverine gave animated Hulk one hell of a fight...Cap was just cool, but not necessarily comicbook impressive; Wolverine was comicbook impressive. I feel like Owlman is the non-factor here.

With a device.... Also Wolverine Wins, but Owlman would give him a good fight I'm sure Cap is the non factor here, but he did take some mad hits from the Hulk.

I would go with the guy who has an indestructible skeleton, a regenerative healing factor and claws that can cut through anything.
