Wolverine vs Nemesis (Resident evil)

should wolverine be bloodlust form for this one if that makes a difference or fair?. i hope this havent been done before. wanted to do something alil different. this is an all-out fight. nemesis at his best w/ rocket launcher and machine gun.and wolverine at his best.. Deathmatch. the fight takes place in raccoon city with zombies,lickers, and tyrants swarming the street that leads to nemesis which is throned at the end waiting for wolverine. would wolverine even have a chance to reach to nemesis. or is this a piece o cake for either. who wins?

I don't think Wolverine is going to do any worse. Cannon fodder goes down hard and fast.

Nemesis is just another chunk of rotting flesh that's gonna get carved up.

Logan was able to fight off the Brood 'virus'/ invasion so probably not.

@Super_SoldierXII: yeah, i wasn't sure because he typically fights off things ike that, but not sure if marvel zombies is considered canon inasmuch as logan succumbing to zombification.

Marvel zombies is not canon.

@Super_SoldierXII: It's actually possible to clear RE3 with only the knife equipped, and take no damage. (this is assuming battlefield hazards are fair game. Knife the pipes of hot steam against that one mob of zombies, knife the lightpost against the giant worm to electrocute him, knife the acid pipes in one of the Nemesis fights, and of course, Jill can use the rail cannon)

@MisterX: I believe 2 is knife-able. I read once that it became a fad in Japan to beat RE1 with only the knife in under 2 hours.

The point is that somewhere in the vast realities of the multiverse, he was turned into a zombie.

Which doesn't count in 616.

@MisterX: Depends on the game. But mostly it's running from enemies and flanking bosses.

wolverine can become a zombie but only due to the virus that came from the original zombie universe. and he kills nemesis

Wolverine has frame advantage in all of his moves.

I just want to say that Nemesis is the single only character in my life that's given me nightmares, inb4 cool story bro

Jill Valentine is more than just some chick,

And even then, she required a complete arsenal to down him.

This is a stalemate if anything. Nemesis has regen probably better than Wolverine's; the more damage he takes the more he mutates. Even headless and submerged in a BOW dissolving tank, he still comes back. A high powered Rail Gun blast, he's still not dead. It took a nuke to finally finish him, and Wolverine's claws don't pack the explosive power of a nuke.

That didn't stop him when it happened in RE3.

Like I said, decapitation had no effect last time Nemesis went through it. He just mutated further. The only way to kill Nemesis is to utterly destroy him, break him into pieces so little he can't mutate back. So far, a Rail Canon didn't pack the punch to accomplish that.

In any case, I still say to the death Wolverine would win this thing. Let's say he takes Nemesis's head off (and he would) in his battle with him, he'd learn that Nemesis regenerates after the first few passes. He's been around blokes like that more than enough. Once decapitated, there are oh so many ways Logan could dispose of the rotting sack of flesh. If chopping him into sushi ain't enough, a few phone calls to Forge, Hank, Avengers ... you name it ... and Logan could have a clean up crew deal with the left overs.

@Crimsonsentry: They aren't the same characters and dont have the same capabilities of their 616 counterparts, so it wouldn't matter if it was considered canon. The Hulk bit the Silver Surfer's head off, something that isn't remotely possible in 616.

Stalemate. Nemisis will heal faster than Wolverine can damage him. Nemisis aint gonna knock wolverine out with just a rocket launcher.

Wolverine will win here in a stomp. A bazooka can stop Logan, but not killing him. Wolverine has better fighting skill than Nemesis and more durability too and healing factor. Other than that he also have adamntium claws he can tore Nemesis to pieces, there is nothing Nemesis can do. Logan 10/10, not a totally stomp, but with low difficult.

Are we forgetting that nemesis is stronger, has powerful transformations also his transformations happen because they adapt to the situation he is in and he can also fight better

wolverine has tanked stronger tho and wolverine is faster.

how good is Nemesis regen anyway?
