Both get 30 hours to prep. 
 
Morals off for Mirror Master. 
 
Logan has no morals. 
 
Standard distance.

Mirror Master for the giant curb stomp.

Can trick and out maneuver the Flash, who can easily run at the speed of light and react in femtoseconds.

Also MM would show up in the reflection off Wolverines shiny claws

Would appear and shatter Wolverine into glass

Can even appear in the reflect on the eyes, efficiently blinding Wolverine.
