If Wolverine's healing factor is allowed, then he can win due to having high endurance, although Heihachi's raw strength and durability can be a huge problem for him, but the adamantium skeleton could help Logan withstand punishment.
Wolverine takes this one. He is the master of all styles of Kung Fu alone, Karate, Taekwondo, Judo, Boxing, Judo, Iaijitsu, Aikido, Jiujitsu, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Wushu, Sambo, and more and he has defeated four mystic martial artists at the same time using only his martial arts skills while Heihachi only mastered one martial arts (i.e. Karate).
Heihachi can talk this give that KO is a win condition. Multiple Explosions didn't KO Heihachi. More over, everyone in Tekken hits much harder than Logan does. The people that Heihachi tanks put Logans kicks and punches to shame metal bones and all.
More over, Heihachi has a major speed advantage of him. His God Fist will certainly be enough to get him a KO. Most likely not a kill but a KO is well within the range of possibilities for him.
Heihachi is the better fighter here by far. He can take this.
Hehachi is significantly faster and stronger than Wolverine and would definitely KO Logan with relative ease. But, odds are good he is going to turn his back on Logan after he drops, cross his arms and laugh...and then feel a sharp pain in his back and chest as Logan stabs him from behind, having recovered fairly quickly.
This isn't fair for Heihachi, Wolverine can't use his claws but he's virtually invincible in the sense that it's damn near impossible to KO him.
It's impossible to kill him, not ko him. Superior spiderman did it recently, iirc.
That's not something that happens often. Most times people alot stronger than class 10-15 haver to exert themselves to KO Wolverine, also, Superior Spider-Man is stronger than Heihachi.
