Wolverine and Durge are Bloodlusted.
Wolverine has been given some info on Durge's abilities. Durge knows some info on Wolverine's abilities.
They start 10 feet away.

The only way Wolverine stands a chance is if he brings some heavy electric-based weaponry and can BFR Durge into the water below. Explosives at only 10 feet away would be a moot effort. That said, this outcome is unlikely and it's an extremely uphill struggle for Wolverine. Durge wins.

I'll use my 1000th post to go against my boy Logan and say ya, Wolverine would probably go down before Durge would. But I doubt it would be the ass kicking everyone here is saying. Logan's taken out some purportedly unstoppable android programs in the past. The Shiva program comes to mind. His HF is nuts lately. However, realistically, Logan probably doesn't have the damage output to put Durge down before Durge puts him down.
