Wolverine is unbreakable, Darkseid's punches won't harm Wolverine... Wolverine can take on Hulk, therefore he can take on Silver Surfer, Thanos and Darkseid simultaneously. Darkseid's Omega Beam got nothing on Adamantium bones.

Darkseid has no defense against objects as sharp as Wolverine's claws.
