Banshee has the benefit of flight, so he can easily keep his distance. I've also seen Banshee's scream slice mountains (don't have said scans, though)

Yeah, Bamshees scream can shatter steel , but I would believe Hulks thunderclap is stronger......I don't know for sure, I'm not a terribly big Hulk follower. However when Hulk fought Wolverine he survived it, he said he felt like he was going to die...but he survived.
I don't think Banshee has a real big advantage by flying, Wolverine has dealt with plenty of fliers before. and If they're in NY there would be plenty of things in the environment that would benefit Wolverine when battling someone who can fly

It did but it also fried his powers and voice for something like a year.
