And IMO, you didn't watched it carefully. She didn't end the Kyoto Earth goddess, it was Jin in devil mode who did it by slicing it in 2.
I can't remember the Helicopter Chopping part though, or no such scene on Blood Vengeance .

What is her components made of compare to Logan's adamantium?
Alisa tanking a machine gun fire isn't even comparable to Logan's experiences of those sorts.
Does Logan needs to recharge? If Alisa's battery runs out, she gets lobotomized. And her healing factor isn't that impressive.
She can't regenerate her limbs, unlike Logan.
