Wolverine's Strength is as a result of his Healing factor and Metal skeleton IIRC. Also without his Healing factor he would die due to Adamantuim poisoning, but lets pretend to ignore that :P

With that being said, if Team has Prep, than them.

If Wolverine has Prep, then him, although he probably will not use it for much.

If both have prep, then Batman again.

In current context 9/10 goes to team due to 4 years of preparation of Batman (even without Nightwing it maximum decrease to 8/10). Wolverine also has some preparation skill, but not such incredible. And for Batman as I think preparation will contain from 1 year of preparation (at maximum) and 3 years of boredom. At one week of preparation it will come more equal for my opinion 5.5/10 (half battle they run away with scared face) in Batman favor.

Without preparation at random encounter Wolverine take them both at 7-8/10 battles.

Summarize Batman (with/without Nightwing) wins due his main showned skill preparation, and Wolverine main - martial arts, unbreakable bones, ..., and then preparation.

Well, Batman and Dick with this much prep could likely take this 10/10 I think. I'm not entirely sure how well Logan can do with his prep.
