-Davian from M:I:III portrayed by Philip Seymour Hoffman and Joker portrayed by Heath Ledger from the dark knight.
-Team has two weeks of prep time.

Oh? Let's recap. In X-1 Logan didn't get shot at all. In X-2 a standard lead bullet between the eyes KO'ed logan for a minute and forty seconds or so. In X-3 he wasn't shot. In Origins, he was shot while enraged by Weapon Zero and soaked the damage. He was shot again by Stryker with the Adamantium bullet and KO'ed for a few minutes. You can argue he took minor injuries during action sequences but I don't recall him being grazed or even shot in non fatal areas over the course of the movies. Logically you can even argue Logan wakes up before Joker and Davian can capitalize and kill them. But for the sake of this fight, it ends at KO not death. All the villains have to do to win is knock Logan out. Police Officer #2 did just that in X-2.

Joker with two weeks of prep can probably think up something far worse then a simple gunshot, but the truth is that the bad guys don't need it. They walk up on Logan in public and shoot him. Unless mall security (or somebody at whatever place he is in public) has put him in a berserker rage and he is cutting people to ribbons, he is not in a rage and won't be soaking headshots without some naptime.
