ok I'll just say another thing that I should have put in: by "powerless" I meant they don't have majorly important powers such as superspeed, superstrength, heat vision, flight, ect (you get where it's going)

Yeah. I'm not sure why he put powerless people and then listed Deathstroke.

There is only one on this list who could solo Wolverine. A few others who could reasonably stand toe to toe with him for a while and remain breathing. But they wouldn't win.
