If Eugene went up against Iron Fist, I'd agree with this. Things go the other way around, and Team 1 can win.
Eh, I'd still back Team 2, because that turns into more a stalemate. Lizard vs Flash has no definitive winner IMO (hence why I made the battle), and the same goes for Iron Fist against Wolverine. The nature of the second set of match ups means that oppenents can still switch, and Iron Fist's striking power, speed and skill make him the best street-leveler I can think off to take Flash down, while Lizard and Wolverine tear eachother to pieces indefinitely.
Team 1. I still think Flash can go 50/50 with Lizard or edge him in a majority. It's hard fought, but he can do it. Flash should beat Fist as well, morals on at least. Logan can also go toe to toe with either, and should take a majority over Lizard and
Could go either way. I think Flash bloodlusted is going to be hard to put down, and Logan is going for the kill instantly. Assuming this means Venom is fully unleashed, it took a Red Hulk thunderclap amplified by a sonic boost built by Leader to stop him against the Thunderbolts. Danny has great output, but we have seen Thompson take ridiculous punishment and has yet to be KO'd through physical punishment. Logan might be able to take a hit, he's taken hits from Hulk, but how many I don't know. Lizard...he doesn't change much if at all.
The big difference maker here that I'm surprised no one has mentioned is teamwork. Lizard has none. Period. Logan and Thompson may have never worked together, but both have been on the Avengers and Logan has worked with both Peter (numerous times) and Kaine (begrudgingly) so he has an idea of what powers (at the very least) Flash brings to the table. Not to mention both are heroes who are in their right state of mine. While Lizard is the big baddie here, he's also a wildcard and not a team player. I think teamwork is an X factor difference maker here. It often is in team battles, it's not a simple matter of X > Y.

Venom can do this by himself. No1 has the damage output to put him down he'll tank everything and heal from everything. Wolverine cant beat any of them 1v1 but he'll go down dealing damge
