Wolverine and Hulk are probably the weakest links. Captain America and Iron Man should take out Hulk, and double team on Wolverine.

That leaves Thor and Spiderman, vs Iron Man and Captain America.

Thor can beat Iron man and Hulk.

Spider-Man can beat Wolverine and Cap.

Thor can take either Hulk or IM in a random encounter and Spider-man can take either Cap or Wolverine. They've got this quite comfortably.

This is basically Thor versus Hulk versus Iron Man. The street levelers are an after thought.

Even this <to the death> battle. Any and all antagonists will simply find themselves on the dark side of the moon. (Let's see Wolvie's healing factor keep him alive in the vacuum of space.)

Spider-Thor wins, but I think people are discrediting Hulk and Wolverine a little here. I agree with @jeanroygrant: Hulk could beat Iron Man and Captain America together, and Wolverine is icing. Spider-Thor takes the win either way though.

Nah Thor always has problems with Hulk I don't know what planet you guys are from. Wolverine heals like the Hulk. W and H can wear down Spidey and Thor and eventually beat them (Once Hulk gets mad enough). If Thor has no morals on and uses the full power of Mjolnir then maybe he can beat the Hulk, but if not, if he tries to play Hulk's game and go at it with some restraint, then he will lose. The other team of Iron Man and Cap, they are both much weaker than the other two. They shouldn't even be in this fight, becausethey are only going to play interference or piggy back some kind of victory.

Thor solos. He brings up Spidey with him and godblasts the other teams into oblivion.

Thor and Spiderman win unless Ironman and Capt America use some strategy that manipulates Hulk and Wolverine into doing most of the dirty work.

Spiderman > Wolverine and Captain America

Thor > Hulk and Iron man
