616 Standard Wolverine with his healing factor and adamantium bones and claws.

Guts is current with his full set of gear including his Dragonslayer and Berserker Armor.

Carnage and Anti-Venom are in their primes.

Eh, I'd give this fight to the symbiotes. Carnage might even solo. Guts' dragonslayer sword and Wolvie's claws would cut through the symbiotes pretty easily but their healing factor would pretty much make their weapons useless. Not to mention Carnage alone is a 30-50 tonner, which greatly surpasses either of his opponents here.
