I lean toward team 2. Moon Knight isn't impressive in comparison to Elektra but he'd held his own against enemies with slightly better skill levels like Daredevil, so he can at least run interference with her. Spider-Man can beat Wolverine simply enough with web incap and can likely do so before Elektra beats Moon Knight, which would lead to him beating Elektra.
Team 2. I think overall as a team they might be able to work better to a small degree and Spiderman could take Elektra while Moon Knight could hold off Wolverine long enough for Spiderman to help him in the end.
Team 2. Moon Knight may not beat Wolverine, but I'm pretty sure Elektra is out of her league vs Spidey. Moon Knight can try and avoid Logan till Spidey saves him, then they double team him. If they switch dance partners Moon Knight has better gear and Armor. Elektra may be more skilled, but Moonknight could out gear her. Then help Spidey vs Logan. Or if Spidey finishes first. Spidey and Moonknight would stomp Elektra together.
