Wolverine and Deadpool Vs Mr.X and Sabretooth

I'm leaning towards team 2. I think Mister X is the MVP (I know he has a few low showings....But I don't think they would apply given the context).

Wolverine and Deadpool

Mr. X's Battle telepathy can be foiled if the person he is fighting against can fight without thinking. Both Deadpool and Wolverine can do this.

Wolverine has embarrassed Sabretooth in the majority of their fights over the last few years.

X learned to beat that problem by fighting feral bears who don't think.

exactly right. Emma Frost was unable to read deadpools mind, Cable also unable, and Black Swan nearly went insane from trying (he never got in he went insane from just trying) Deadpools mind is safe. Deadpool and Wolverine take this

Mr X is a mutant with the ability to lock onto anyone's neural motor functions who are close to him, and predict their moves before they make them. He is also a master martial artist who has studied all of the world's martial arts (including alien ones), and has shown hand to hand prowess great enough to beat even Wolverine.

Interesting. I'll give it to team 2. Deadpool is the weak link in my opinion.

Mr.x is a great fighter...but he has no healing factor. That makes him a weak link here. The effectiveness of his Battle Telepathy can be minizmized by both Wolverine and Deadpool...and they can heal from any damages he gets in. Meanwhile, He cannot heal through the damage Wolverine or Deadpool will be dealing him.

Sabretooth has not been a credible threat to Wolverine for years. Wolverine will once again make short work of him and then it will be 2 vs 1 against Mr. X...whom Deadpool can at least keep busy.

Team 1

Deadpool has the advantage of Mr. X not being able to predict his actions. Not only is he immune to telepathy, but if he finds out his moves are being read or predicted, he can go completely chaotic. Over and above this Deadpool has already shown superiority to Sabertooth by no small margin. Then we add Wolverine to the equation, who can also match either of the other two.

What this comes down to, to me anyway, is that we have two sets of characters who hover around the same level. However, Deadpool denies something that is an undeniable advantage of Mr. X. Over and above this, Deadpool has a superiority arsenal that offers more versatility, a ranged advantage, and etc.

Overall, I'd give the advantage to team Wolverine/Deadpool.

Team 1.

Wolverine and Deadpool takes it in an amusing fight.

@dondave: It says it right there he can't read Deadpool.... He even says so himself.

The two looked like complete equals until his arm was severed by a thrown axe.

@dondave: His mind, but not his moves. He himself stated reading Deadpool's mind was useless, and only hindered him in combat, in fact, he specifically had to train to learn how to block it out.

@shawnbaby: @floopay: I didn't post the scans to show him reading Deadpool moves, Floopay stated Deadpool was immune to telepathy, I posted the scans to show he wasn't

I don't know exactly why Mister X could read Deadpool's mind. However, Deadpool has shown to be COMPLETELY immune to Savior Cable (back when he could read the minds of the entire planet simultaneously, and process all the information), Charles Xavier, Emma Frost, and Rachel Grey. Those are just the ones I can recall off-hand.
