R1- every one unarmed, no powers other than speed, agility, and strength, Cap is Steve, Pre 52 Bats, no prep, in character, win via KO only, and the fight is in an Atlantis (so Arthur or Namor can't help, it's abandoned)
R2- only gear they have is a Vibranium sword, all other rules from R1 apply
R3- standard gear, in character, N52 Bats, Cap is Steve with full powers, no prep, win via KO or death (Miles and Batman will go that far), and the fight starts in the woods but can move into the city
