Wolf Predator vs The Relic
It can be killed by large explosions." Don't know much about The Relic creatures, what can they do, and how do they die? "
Okay, how do they die? Would the Predators weapons hurt it... If so, I don't think it would be much of a challenge, it seem slow and frumpy.

Able to shrug of bullets like nothing.
Shoulder Cannon should do the trick, also the Predator will see the huge Monster, easily. The Huge monster will not see the Predator. That things head is huge, and will make for one awsome trophy after all... Were does the fight take place?

The Relic is actually an awesome movie, you should rent it or check it out. The Relic creature is basically a researcher that went to some wild indian camp, and he was given a curse to become this monstrous, mystic-based creature that feeds off of part of the brain, there's a chemical in the brain that it specifically feeds off of. It's pretty huge, and it's actually quite fast, regardless of moments of it seeming frumpy. It almost seems like a chimera in mythology standards, because it seems like a mix of a reptile with a mammal, with an insect. It was fast enough that when SWAT team members were attempting to lower down into the museum to kick ass, the creature scaled up the wall of the museum (the Chicago Field Museum, which is pretty huge) and the creature slaughtered the entire SWAT force like nothing.
I don't think that the Yautja could physically match this creature, he would be ignorant if he tried, and would wind up having his helmet ripped off and his brain gnawed on. If anything, Wolf would have to try and stay at a distance from the creature while using his shoulder cannon, although I don't think the shoulder cannon has enough power to fully incinerate the Relic creature. Unless Wolf had his little blue tube of "get rid of the evidence" juice that he could pour into a pool and trick the Relic into getting into, Wolf just doesn't have the power or the weapons to keep the creature down. So, I guess in this battle the Relic would have to take it.
