I'd like to say Wolf but comic books almost always trump movies in terms of power level
Wolf would put up a good fight win or lose. He destroys xenomorphs in melee and stalemates a predalien. I think with his combat experience and physical stats, he'll give ol' Deathstroke a run for his money.
Current version of Deathstroke is a fair bit stronger than the previous version. If they have standard equipment Wolf has two shoulder blasters and the whip besides the standard Pred equipment.
I think I'd go with Wolf in this one at this range.
Well with standard equipment Deathstroke walks around in Prometheum mesh armor and sword (He may or may not have his staff, made of it as well ). Deathstroke's healing factor is also a factor that has to be put into play and though I've heard the in the New 52 it's not as good as it was, it's still a factor a Predator does not have, that I've seen. With three days Deathstroke is going to be able to a main plan of attack with contingency plans for almost every single path the battle could take. The longer the battle goes on the more likely it is to be in Slade's favor as well as he'll start having face to face knowledge with Wolf and begin to learn how he fights and reacts due to his supercomputer of a brain. Taking the other effects of his ehancements and it pulls further towards his favor.
